Work is starting on a new "tv/web" show for the near future. Not too much we can say right now but details will be made available as soon as possible.
A 2 part version of the Wildfire Benefit Concert will air in the Last Friday Coffee House time slot in the near future. Should start July 1st. If there are any changes we'll let you know.
The Last Friday Coffee House of the season has been recorded and it was a great one! TV episodes from the March, April and May performances will air through out the summer on the Cogeco community channel. Currently we are editing the March show for delivery in 3 episodes in a few weeks.
Please check out Folk Roots Radio Dale Butler was their special guest for episode 255.
Lots of summer shows and concerts, we'll do our best to get some of the links posted here.
Also this coming Saturday at the Bank Theatre and Meeting Place in Leamington there will be a benefit concert in support of the victims affected by the fires in and around Fort McMurray Alberta. Please support the local artists who are donating their talents to help those affected.
Episodes 12, 13 and 14 are nearly complete and will be dropped off to Cogeco sometime this week with a little luck. 12 is mostly from January's show, 13 and 14 are from the February show. Airing should begin on the 20th, coincidentally the last coffee house taping of this season.
We've added a few new features, which including a new credit roll, a "from the past" video feature and some amusing out-takes. We made a few mistakes during taping and thought it might be fun to share them.
Give us some feedback and we'll look to add more items like this in the future if you enjoy them. Also a new intro is in the works for episode 15 and beyond.
Last Friday Coffee House Episode 12, 13 & 14 Performers
Martha Renaud, Francine LeClair & Merrill Mills, Joel Westlake, David Light, Sharon Light, Peter Light, Dennis Wiens, Denis Basterache, Steve Morin, Megan McGill
Lots of news for April.......
The Quantum Sound Productions Studio is finished, less some finishing touches, ready for use.
Dale Butler had the first practice and we shot some test footage that worked out better than expected. Pending Dale's review we may post a snippet of it here or on the YouTube channel.
The April recording of Last Friday Coffee House went well. Lots of great talent and Dale provided his usual comedic flavor.
Episode 10 of the Last Friday Coffee House premiered on Cogeco Friday night (April 22nd) and will run until episode 11 debuts on May 6th.
Just started editing the February show. More shooting in the studio this week with Southwest Sound.
Just added a calendar to the site for those wanting to book time or see what's going on. Please email us for availability and cost.
The studio is almost complete now and will be in use this coming week for rehearsals and some video recording.
Don't forget, this months Last Friday Coffee House is this Friday, April 22nd, even though it isn't the last Friday of the month!
We're very close to winding up the next two episodes of the Last Friday Coffee House, which will begin airing on April 22nd on the Cogeco Community channels. Which also happens to be the next live recording at The Bank Theatre in Leamington! Check the Last Friday Coffee House website for a list of scheduled performers.
And there's been a lot of work going on in the studio, or should I say "to" the studio. The completely renovated studio should be up and ready for use, both audio and video in two to three weeks. There are some new project ideas taking shape. Announcements will be made as soon as we solidify our plans. Stay tuned!

Episodes 4 thru 8 and Justin Latam's "In Session" appearance are now available.
We were busy Friday night recording the latest episode of Dale's Last Friday Coffee House. Ironically it wasn't the last Friday of the month but due to that being "good" Friday our schedule was moved ahead.
Thanks goes out to all the performers and everyone who was there to support them. Also to Stu Campbell and Bakhus Saba for their work on the cameras.
Editing continues on episodes 10 and 11 which will start airing in late April.
